Crust:

10 Half: Graham Crackers (5 whole flat crackers)

1/2 cup(s): Finely chopped walnuts

3 tablespoon(s): Brown Sugar (light or dark ok)

3 tablespoon(s): Melted Butter

Filling:

12 ounce(s): Cream Cheese (softened to room temperature)

1/2 cup(s): Sugar

2 Whole: Eggs

1 teaspoon(s): Vanilla

2 tablespoon(s): Lemon juice

Topping:

8 ounce(s): Sour Cream

2 tablespoon(s): Sugar

1/2 teaspoon(s): Vanilla

If you dont have a food processor for the crust, use a plastic bag and rolling pin

Use regular Cream Cheese

Make sure to change oven to 375 degrees for the topping

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Melt butter in a glass dish in the microwave

Use a food processor to chop graham crackers finely

Combine all three ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix with a spoon
